"We are Mary, Maria, and Treesh. With a total of nine children between us, we have firsthand experience dealing with the overwhelm that comes from managing people, possessions, and busy schedules. Our goal is to apply those lessons learned and help our clients find attainable, efficient, and practical solutions for everyday living."

Maria founded and headed a public relations company, which she ran for 25 years. "While I was running my PR firm, my husband and I were also raising three children and during those topsy-turvy days it was difficult to keep our spaces tidy. So much so that at times I would buy new things when I couldn't locate what we needed. That's until I learned the systems to tame the chaos and I know I can do the same for you."

Favorite spaces: Closets and mudrooms, but all rooms are as unique as their owners
Favorite pastimes: Pickleball and reading
Organizing tip: Managing less stuff makes you happier! (So does the decluttering process.)

Mary's passion is fashion! When she is not at work, she enjoys checking out all the new clothing trends. At TBD, she leads the Travel Packing effort, helping clients prepare for travel. "There is something about putting outfits together that makes me happy. The same goes for organizing spaces. I love the way each space we do reflects the owner's unique decor, lifestyle and taste."

Favorite spaces: Closets and overlooked spaces like linen closets and entry areas
Favorite pastimes: Lacrosse! Also a girls lacrosse high school coach
Organizing tip: If you hate wearing it or looking at it, banish it!

Treesh is the team's official homemaker! For 10 years, while being a full-time mom, she worked as a part-time speech therapist. At TBD, she is the Kitchen and Pantry expert. "When it comes to organizing, I have the most fun out of anyone! At TBD, we really complement each other beautifully. When we deliver organized and functional spaces to our clients, I realize how important the work we do is. We are helping people spend more time loving where they live and work, and I am thrilled to be a part of it!"

Favorite spaces: Pantries, kitchens, and big spaces like garages and basements
Favorite pastimes: Spending time with family and photography
Organizing tip: It doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to work for you right now.
